Tanya's Bloodline is of Canadian and Aboriginal heritage. Tanya is a proud Malyangapa woman, bloodline from Mutawintji country, NSW.For the past 15 years, Tanya has driven her passion of healing into the community by working in numerous roles, such as, Youth Worker, Family Support Practitioner, Youth Suicide Counsellor, Sandplay Therapist and co facilitator of a AOD healing program, delivering thoughout Queensland Correction Centres. Most recently, offering family and individual counselling session to youth, within a Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander medical center. Privately, facilitating trauma informed workshops to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through a cultural lens. External supervision is also available to anyone whom identifying as Aboriginal & or Torres Strait Islander or a person of non identifying background would like to have more understanding about how to best work from a culturally appropriate space and or feeling isolated, unheard, unsupported within the workplace. Sometimes it's simply our personal values, may clash with others being internal or external.
