Tracey Bartlett (Master of Counselling, MCouns)Tracey works with adults of all ages throughout thier lifespan (eighteen to centenarians).  An inclusive space is offered to everyone and is welcoming of LGBTQIA, non-binary, culturally & linguistically diverse, first nations and all abilities people. A collaborative environment is created with you to identify your aims for therapy. A capacity building approach defined by you at your pace is practiced. This may incorporate what recovery looks like to you or making meaning of life events. We aim to establish safety in the therapeutic relationship and work from a trauma informed perspective (without needing to identify the trauma, which is your choice). Tracey integrates life transitions and changes with loss and grief. Losses of all kinds are associated with an element of grief. From reproductive loss, pet, job or relationship loss, to the loss of health and abilities. Sometimes loss is a sense of identity or a place of meaning, it may be the grief of migration, as well as the grief of bereavement. Tracey works with people through periods of difficulty and increased stress and anxiousness. Further areas of interest include health anxieties, people diagnosed with PPPD, the journey of fertility treatment for all sexes from before till after and trauma.Specialty Areas:Loss, grief & change in all formsStress & anxiousnessPPPDInfertility & reproductive choices / barriersTrauma
