Tracey is a bilingual Counsellor who holds a Master in pastoral counselling and psychology from Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines. She has extensive experience working with clients with diverse cultural background and ethics in the areas of sexual abuse, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, anxiety disorder, stress, bipolar, self-esteem, life coach, addiction, grief/loss, family and relationship. She also facilities and conducts psycho-spiritual retreat for a number of groups with topics such as self-esteem, family dynamic, enneagram and genogram. Tracey applies psycho-spiritual approach to counselling for individuals, couples and families who are experiencing life challenges in a warm, respectful and nonjudgmental environment. She integrates various modalities of counselling in accordance with her clients’ unique personal needs and situations including CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), Gestal Therapy, ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), Hypnotherapy, Meditation, RET (Relationship Enhancement Therapy)
