I completed my Masters of Counselling at Murdoch University in Perth, Australia with the foundation of person-centred philosophy in therapy. From that foundation, my approach also integrates the Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, and the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My main areas of work are coping with and recovering from depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma as well as identity questions, relationship, and life meaning.I'm working as Manager of Counseling Services at Fulbright Univerisity Vietnam.I can go on talking about myself, but I'm more interested in getting to know you and trust that you are the expert on your healing and growth process.
