I am a Qualified Counsellor running my own Private Practice under the name of "The Gratitude Counselling". I am Registered Member of ACA. I am an active member of NDIS. I am also a delegate volunteer member of United Sikhs and Mental Health Foundation.
I chose Counselling as my career because of my own truly lived experiences of many of my life's difficulties which I am able to relate to the clients concerns and make them feel cared and understood for. I always wanted to help those who are going through the crisis and mental health issues. I allow clients the time they need to express their concerns at "The Gratitude Counselling".
I think that Gratitude plays a significant role in mental health. People who frequently feel and express gratitude tend to be happier than others, even if their life circumstances are objectively more challenging.

At " The Gratitude Counselling" I use some positive techniques to help my clients to reach their goals, while practicing gratitude everyday.
