As your counsellor, I am here to support you through any challenges that might be affecting your daily life - these could be (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, or managing your emotions. Maybe you are ready to talk about an event that occurred in your childhood, something that happened yesterday, difficulties in your relationships or perhaps you just want to talk to someone - whatever the challenge is, we will endeavour to identify, understand, and process it while developing healthy coping strategies.
I work with clients 12 years old + and offer couples counselling. In our initial sessions, we will work together to understand and uncover the triggers to our current emotions, feelings and behaviours. You will learn how to adapt and cope in a healthy way.
