Wren loves working with adolescents and young adults to both identify strengths and overcome challenges. With adolescents, Wren strives to create a safe space that promotes autonomy and empowerment, allowing for exploration and growth. Some specific areas Wren is passionate about include anxiety, mood, LGBTQIA+ clients, and neurodiversity.

Wren has completed a Masters of Counselling at Monash University and is registered with the Australian Counselling Association as a Level 2 counsellor. They employ evidence-based techniques and interventions from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-focused Therapy, and a person-centred approach.
