I was born and grew up in Japan. I have lived in Australia for 23 years. I was trained as a person-centred counsellor in Japan, and completed an Australian counselling diploma course. I am currently employed full-time as a community mental health support worker, helping people live independently with mental illnesses and mental health issues.
