I am a Registered Mental Health Counsellor with over six years of professional experience. I provide therapy through Beyond Blue under Australian Unity and in my private practice, where I support individuals from various cultural backgrounds with empathy and sensitivity. 

In my private practice, I prioritize creating a safe and accepting space where clients can express themselves freely. I aim to help individuals feel heard, seen and understood as they navigate their unique journeys. 

I am currently taking in new clients, offering a free 15-minute consultation in order to get to know each other and discuss your focus of concern.

My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, work stress, grief and other emotional challenges.

I also work with clients needing help on identity, belonging, gender roles, work-related issues, women’s issues, managing societal, community, and family expectations, as well as addressing discrimination, racism, and the challenges faced by migrants and refugees.
