If you would like to participate in this study, you will be invited to a one-time virtual 60-minute interview via Microsoft Teams. With your consent, the interviewee will enquire about your professional experience and expertise, as well as your own experience navigating extreme weather events. Audio from the interviews will be recorded, and these recordings will be transcribed verbatim (i.e., written word- by-word). The researchers will then explore your words for consistent themes, issues, and recommendations. When presenting the results of the work, the researchers are interested in overall trends/themes across people.
