Gestalt therapy is one of the earliest and most enduring relational approaches to understanding the human condition, human development, and well-being.
Gestalt therapy draws on existential and holistic foundations to raise awareness of a person and the experiential aspects of their way of living, which disrupt or undermine their effort to realize a fulfilling life.
Gestalt therapy focuses on the here and now, working where the client is at in the present moment.
This course combines theoretical learning with experiential learning.
There are 2 live 90-minute experiential webinars with Dr. Reed where you can ask him questions about gestalt therapy and engage in experiential conversations that bring the gestalt approach alive.
The live experiential webinars will be held in the month of December 2024.
