Anger is not our natural form of expression; however, it does become a normal way of expression for many. At FABIC our approach is that a person should NEVER be labelled by their behaviour, but must always be understood for WHY the anger related behaviour is occurring. Anger is seen as a form of communication, and we are more interested in the message attempting to be communicated – they why, rather then the actual behaviour. When we focus on the why of behaviour and not the what of behaviour then, we build foundations for lasting behaviour change. However, if we only focus on changing what the behaviour looks like then behaviour change will be hit and miss – successful sometimes but not other times. Join us for this 5-week interactive workshop as discuss anger related behaviour and its communication in detail and bring practical stills to implement in every-day life supporting the reduction of anger related behaviours and by default the increased quality of mental wellness, relationships with self and relationships with others.
