Attachment theory is one of the most influential psychological theories of the last century and it has been applied to many areas of therapeutic practice. But did you know that it has also been applied to grief and loss since 1969? This course aims to significantly enhance your therapeutic work with bereaved patients using an attachment lens.
We will start at the basics of attachment theory and grief therapy and build towards a comprehensive framework for grief treatment. We recommend that you have completed our Attachment Theory in Clinical Practice course prior to this one in order to get the most out of the course, however, it is not a requirement.
