In this presentation-style workshop we will discuss our attachments to how life and other people should be and how that impacts on our quality of life. Could it be that it is not life that makes us react – but our attachments to how it should all be? And if so, what can we practically do to change that?
Attachments and Their Impact on Our Quality of Life
Objective:
Outline:
7pm-8pm AEST (QLD Time) No break
Content:
Have you ever wondered why some people react more to life than others?  Or have you considered why 2 or more people in the same situations seem to react differently – some with anger, others withdrawal sadness etc while others seem to just get on with life. Could it be that it is not life that makes us react, rather our attachments to how life should be. This presentation style workshop will discuss how attachments are impacting our quality of life and what can be done to change this.
