Key Learning Objectives / Outcomes:
In this training workshop, Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, (CBT), participants will develop a thorough theoretical understanding of cognitive behaviour therapy and the skills specific to this mode of therapy. Areas covered include an introduction to CBT, an understanding of CBT with Depression, CBT with Anxiety and CBT with Anger. Provided that all requirements are met, the Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy will be awarded at the conclusion of the course. This workshop is the pre-requisite for the Advanced Certificate in CBT.
