A step by step guide to the skills of IFS This series offers a highly experiential immersion into your own parts and working with clients. You will begin the practice of skills from the very first week. This course includes the ‘Introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS)’ and offers a chance to deepen your learning in the IFS Model. Course Content: 48 hours of contact time Structure of the course: 12 x 4 hour workshops Location: Online

Key Learning Objectives / Outcomes:

This course will include didactic and experiential learning and be focused on deepening into the skills needed to be finely attuned to your client, using the IFS Model​. We will focus on practicing together in groups, and reflecting on our practice. Dates: Saturday mornings for 12 teaching blocks 8am – 12pm AEST (Brisbane Australia)

Stephanie Mitchell

Presenter Qualifications:

Stephanie is a Level 3 Certified IFS Practitioner and psychotherapist working exclusively in the IFS Model. She has extensive supervision and additional training in the IFS Model (above her Level 3 training), including over 100 hours of in person training with Dick Schwartz. Stephanie has also undertaken hundreds of hours of her own personal IFS work with an IFS practitioner and embodies the IFS model from the inside out. This allows Stephanie to provide a nuanced approach to working with clients, which she brings to her training.
