Prepare/Enrich is a relationship education and counselling tool used by counsellors, psychologists, religious leaders, social workers and other professions in their work with couples. It can be used for relationship education, relationship enrichment and as a tool in counselling and therapy. Prepare/Enrich is an inventory-based assessment which helps couples gain a deeper understanding of where the strength and growth areas are in their relationship. The facilitator discusses the results with the couple over a number of feedback sessions. Attendees will gain an understanding of the assessment, will learn how to set couples up to complete the assessment and then how to understand and interpret the information in the reports. Examples on then how to work with couples are included. An example of some of the areas explored are:

Presenter Qualifications:
Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) 2009 – Charles Sturt University Vocational Graduate Diploma in Relationship Counselling 2014 – Institute of Family Practice (now Uniting Institute of Education).
Mandi has been a trainer of Prepare/Enrich for 14 years. Mandi was the Australian General Manager of Prepare/Enrich Australia for nine years. Mandi is a relationship counsellor and has worked extensively with couples and also a counselling supervisor. Mandi is also a group facilitator, delivering workshops in aggression, domestic and family violence and addiction using a CBT approach.
