The ‘Look Inside’ program offers a structured 10 lesson program (or individual lessons can be taught) assisting teachers, counsellors or any practitioners working with children to use these lessons as appropriate with primary school aged children 5 – 12 years of aged. Each lesson has a video content on the theory of the DBT skill (by Megan Shiell, and a video following the structure of the session (by Evie Bowes) including experiential exercises and story telling. The lesson plans and resources including digital resources are all provided for each Lesson.

Megan is a Registered Arts Psychotherapist and Level 4 Counsellor
Evie is a Registered Child Psychotherapist and PACFA Member
Megan Shiell has worked in settings in private and public hospitals specializing in DBT for over 18 years.
Megan has trained over 2000 Health care professionals in DBT over the last 12 years. Megan has developed many programs and since COVID 19 most of them are online self-paced programs using DBT alongside a variety of mental health symptoms. She includes art making in many of her programs so people can learn in two different ways, through verbal content and through non-verbal creative exercises.
Evie Bowes is a PACFA Member and a registered Child Psychotherapist. She has practiced in the UK and Bahamas and Australia for over 15 years developing programs for organizations and schools to assist children with behaviour change and uses play therapy, story telling and creative exercises to translate verbal context into understandable language for your children.
