Understanding Anger in Conflict
Description:
OPD Points: 5
When I ask people which emotion they find most challenging to work with in conflict situations, they almost always say anger. Part of the reason that people struggle with anger is that they don’t really understand it well – why and how it arises, how it tends to impact on behaviour, and how we can actually work WITH it, rather than against it, to promote constructive conflict engagement. That’s what this webinar is all about.
