I am a registered Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with the Australian Counselling Association. I hold postgraduate degrees in Psychology (Hons), Counselling (MA), and Theology (Hons). With nearly thirty years of experience, I specialise in guiding clients through challenges like trauma, loss, abuse, addiction, depression, and relational issues.
My work spans diverse environments and cultures, enriching my ability to connect with and support clients from various backgrounds. While daunting, I believe life's challenges do not need to define our future. With the right support, individuals can not only manage their difficulties but also achieve personal growth.
My counselling approach is pluralistic and person-centred, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I employ a range of evidence-based therapies to ensure effective, personalised care. The client-practitioner relationship is central to my practice; I prioritise compassionate and professional engagement to enhance therapeutic outcomes and promote well-being.
