I am an experienced (over 30 years) practitioner, Clinical Counsellor, Clinical  Supervisor Holistic Psychotherapist, Spiritual Hypnotherapist and offer Past Life Regression, Somatic Integration and  provide Trauma Support  across modalities.with indvicuals, couples, families and children. I assist with spiritual  integration moving towards wholeness. Transforming the sense of separation from self, integrating the nersvous system's need to protect,  changing fear to wisdom and discomfort to inner standing.  I provide a safe and supportive environment to explore strategies to inspire and empower, change and transform towards reaching individual potential.I offer Supervisioin support to enhance private practice in counselling; I completed a B.A.Dip Ed, and studied  psychology and social work. I .taught in Secondary Schools. and worked in the fields of Mental Health, Disabilities and Counselling  regionally and internationally.
