I delivered the Rise Up model of Supervision in Adelaide, Melbourne Tasmania Under license from Optomise Potential since 2012 till July 2021 when they sold the business.In 2019 I developed the Stepping Up Model of supervision that is recoginsed by all the leading Allied Health Professional Assocaition and I have consultants delivering the latest holistic supervision model the Stepping Up model in all states of Australia.I hold group supervison meeting monthly for Counsellors and Supervisors.
