Carolyn provides very varied services as she strives to find methods to achieve great outcomes for her clients. Carolyn has been a Counsellor, Life Coach, Mediator and Clinical/Professional Supervisor for Creative Mindfulness working from her Duncraig office. Prior to this, she has worked in private practice as a Counsellor since 1997, and Metro Counselling Director Senior Counsellor between 2002-2022. Carolyn works with Individuals, Couples, Children, Teenagers and young Adults. She is experienced in working with extended families experiencing conflict/dispute, in areas ranging from deceased estates/wills, family rifts, grandparents/ adult children, and grandchildren disputes. Carolyn is also our workplace mediator/counsellor having assisted companies to resolve interpersonal issues between team members as well as management and small business owners (partners) in dispute.Carolyn conducts sessions face-to-face, telephone, online via zoom, power diary, skype etc.
