I am a mature aged counsellor  and clinical supervisor with lots of  lived  experiences in a diverse range of areas. I operate a trauma informed practice . My  experience covers support in the areas of  sexual assault victims , carers of children with complex needs, disabilities, relationship, and anxiety and financial counselling. I offer a person centred approach, cognitive behaviour therapy, positive psychology, coaching for life changes.  I am also qualified in human resources and management, having won an award for the business of the year in Brisbane two years in a row. I have practical  experience in Retail Wholesale and enjoy assisting business owners. I enjoy EAP counselling and see a real need to support employees employers and general public.
