In my 28-year journey dedicated to Supervision and Psychotherapy, I've focused not just on healing individuals, but also on nurturing healthier relational dynamics within individuals & couples.

Relocating from Brazil to Australia 21 years ago was profoundly transformative, enriching my understanding of belonging, grief & loss, and cultural sensitivity within therapeutic realms. As a proud "new Australian," I've embraced the multicultural beauty of this country. Serving as a Supervisor (ACA Level 4-College of Supervisors) in private practice, I've collaborated with esteemed non-profits like Interrelate-NSW and Anglicare-WA, leading supervision sessions for counsellors, psychologists, and social workers, all aimed at enhancing relational well-being.

My commitment lies in enriching therapeutic landscapes through resilience-building and cultural awareness, prioritising growth and safety in my practice through online supervision and mentoring.

Embracing an eclectic approach, I integrate trauma-informed, person-centred, polyvagal theory, attachment, EFT, and EMDR techniques, with a core emphasis on relationships.
