I Have been a counsellor & psychotherapist for 25 years. I am adaptable and flexible and  work with  adults, couples, families and groups.Therapy can make significant changes to peoples lives, and help them to grow and change to enjoy a more positive and peaceful life. I have experienced these results myself as a recipient of many different modalities prior to becoming a therapist in 1997 and then continued the inward journey constantly learning as the challenges for growth and change arose.I get great satisfaction supporting people and seeing them achieve positive changes in their lives.I am a trained Suicide Intervention Practitioner, and  have extensive experience working with clients presentng wth depression, anxiety, phobias, relationships, family problems, post natal depression and anxiety and workplace problems. I am a qualified counsellor supervisor paticulary focused on supporting new counsellors. I am able to offer to them a kind, positive, mature person with lived experience and a great sense of humour.
