I hold the position of Clinical Director at Footsteps Community Services.I have operated within the mental health and disability sector for over 27 years, spending much of my career functioning within Child Safety, Disability Services, Youth Justice, and NDIS.As an organisation we provide supervision, counselling, nursing, positive behaviour support (PBSP), case management / coordination, and respite, in Qld, NSW, NT, and Tasmania. Providing supervision to fellow therapists is a very responsible and empowering role that my team and I deliver face to face or zoom, for 1 to 1 appointments and group sessions.Footsteps offers training to new graduate counsellors wishing to transition into private practice.
