Jen brings you over 25 years of practice and expertise in her exploration of what it is to be in relationship with self and other.

Her commitment to excellence of service comes through a combination of deep empathy, rigorous ethical standards, and a wealth of experience, She is dedicated to helping clients achieve meaningful and lasting change. Through structured, evidence-based techniques, Jen works collaboratively with clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. This process facilitates self-understanding and emotional healing, empowering clients to develop healthier coping mechanisms and make positive changes in their lives. Jen works with people dealing with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, addictions, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more, providing a safe and confidential space for clients to gain insights and achieve lasting personal growth and well-being.
Jen holds a Masters in Human Services and Counselling and holds memberships with PACFA Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia, ACA Australian Counselling Association and GANZ Gestalt Australia and New Zealand
Clinical supervision
Jen views Clinical supervision as a professional support process designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and ethical practice of clinicians, such as therapists, counsellors, social workers and psychologists.
Through regular, structured sessions, Jen provides guidance, feedback, and mentorship to the supervisee, fostering their professional development and ensuring high standards of client care. This collaborative relationship allows clinicians to reflect on their practice, discuss challenging cases, and explore personal responses to their work in a safe and confidential environment.
Jen’s supervision helps to maintain professional competence, manage stress, and uphold ethical standards, ultimately contributing to the overall effectiveness and well-being of both the clinician and their clients.
Jen provides clinical supervision to many individual practitioners and serves as an external clinical supervisor for various client organisations staff around Australia.
Jen holds a credential for Individual and Group Supervision and is a member of the College of Supervisors with ACA.
