Hello and welcome! I'm Jen and I provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental space for individuals and couples to explore their concerns with a warm, empathetic, client centred therapist. If you feel like you're treading water, sinking, or drowning under the daily pressures of life, I can help. As a Master of Counselling qualified therapist, I incorporate a variety of evidence-based interventions to tailor therapy to your personal needs, preferences, and values. I help you understand underlying factors that are contributing to your current problems, develop new skills and strategies, make changes, and move towards healing and recovery from issues that have been holding you back.
With a background as a teacher, school chaplain, college counsellor, wife of over 30 years, and mum of 5, I have extensive experience with the issues individuals, couples, and families encounter. I support people with relationship issues and provide therapy for anxiety, depression, life transitions, women's issues, self esteem concerns, and general counselling issues.
As an ACA Registered Supervisor I also provide professional supervision using the RISE UP model for counsellors, chaplains, and mental health practitioners.
