Having lived in five  different countries, Jessie has a diversity of life experiences which complement her clinical skills as a counsellor. She is genuine with her connections with clients, and practices through the Humanistic Modalities. She is also well versed at  using techniques from various other modalities such as; mindfulness, CBT, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Adlerian and Solution Focused;  to create individual pathways to meet the unique needs and goals of clients. Jessie has a broad range of experiences with counselling in various settings which includes working in Universities, Hospitals, Private Practice, Government agencies, business enterprises(on site-EAP) and non-for-profit companies. She has had the pleasure to work work with youths and adults, from various populations and working towards victory or coping with the mental health challenges. She is also a registered Clinical Supervisor, who works towards empowering her supervisees to trust their skill sets, while also encouraging supervisee to challenge themsleves. Jessie believes it is important to continuinely evolve to ensure quality practice and care with clients.
