I am a registered Certified Bereavement Practitioner who specialises in grief and loss counselling and Clinical Supervision. I am compassionate, empathetic and knowledgeable. I possess a Graduate Certificate in Bereavement Counselling and Interventions (GCBCI), a Diploma of Counselling and a Batchelor of Nursing and Midwifery. I have a particular interest in perinatal loss and have experience working with traumatic loss. I work as an educator and provide trainings on grief and loss and I facilitate bereavement support groups. I am registered as a Clinical Supervisor with ACA. I work with clients in my private practice either online or via the telephone. In addition to working in Private Practice, I previously worked at Grief Australia (formerly ACBG) as a Specialist Bereavement Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor, Educator and Trainer, and Support Group Coordinator. I currently work at the organisation Red Nose in the role of National Counsellor Manager. I lead and provide supervision to the counselling team, counsel families bereaved after the death of a baby or child and conduct grief and loss education. In 2023 I completed Brene Brown's Dare to Lead certification and Gabor Mate's Commpasionate Inquiry year long training for therapists.
