I have worked at an Alcohol and Other Drug counselling agency for 11 years, most of that time in the role of Senior Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor. I have a Graduate Diploma in Counselling - Addictions, Diploma of Counselling - with advanced studies in "Childhood Development and Effective Parenting" and "Family Therapy," Certificate 4 in AOD, Certificate in Sandplay Therapy and Symbol Work, Certificate of Relationships and Communication Counselling, and I am EMDR trained. I work across a broad range of age groups and counselling issues. I am a registered Supervisor with ACA COS. Prior to becoming a counselllor I had 30 years teaching experience, including many years working with Indigenous teenagers.
