I am a qualified integrative counsellor, psychotherapist, play and creative arts therapist, clinical supervisor, academic teacher, trainer and consultant working with a wide range of issues with adults, youths, children, couples, families, students, leaders, groups, and organisations in empowering clients to reach their personal, professional and therapeutic goals; ultimately to live their best life.By working holistically with my clients, we often discover new ways of thinking and feeling to make room for a new sense of fulfillment, peace, potential and resilience.I offer counselling psychotherapy services, clinical supervision and support, individual and professional coaching, executive support and debriefing in using integrative and holistic approaches. In developing custom programmes, treatments and strategies for each client, I often work with mindfulness, vulnerability, power, cognitive behaviour therapy, narrative therapy, person-centred therapy, systemic and change theory, and solution-focused therapies to understand presenting problems and challenges in new ways, thus uncovering available choices, solutions and strengths.In respecting each client’s individual journey of change and growth, I focus on offering a genuine, warm, and personal approach in helping others discover potential and capacity to heal and grow; achieving happiness and health in their lives, careers and relationships.

• Post Graduate Certificate of Therapeutic Play Skills
• Post Graduate Diploma of Play Therapy
• Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology
• Doctorate in Psychology Marriage and Family Therapy
