In my private practice (Sydney's Lower North Shore and online), I specialise in psychotherapy for trauma recovery assisting clients to find stability and, if or when appropriate, engage in reprocessing and deeper self-exploration (EMDR therapy; ACT, MBCT; Transpersonal psychotherapies: Breathwork, Symbol Work, Transpersonal Art Therapy, Body-Centred Psychotherapy).Extensive experience in supporting people affeced by cancer and their carers;offer informed support to people affected by blood-borne viruses (HIV, viral hepatitis).I have training and experience working with clients challenged by addictive behaviors / recovering from addictions. People dealing with body image issues, challenging relationship with food (eating disorders). My trauma therapy training includes professional development training trainings with world-leading specialists such as Bessel van der Kolk, Janina Fisher, Babette Rothschild, Bonnie Badenoch, Dan Siegel and other major contributors to this field.Qualified EMDR therapist, member of EMDRAA.
