I have a passion for helping individuals in their life journey, especially when things are not going so well and life 'feels out of control'.I am passionate about developing supervisees and offer individual and group professional supervision.I understand the struggles and difficulties that life can throw at you. Situations can escalate if not resolved negatively impacting your mental health, relationships, the workplace and general well-being. My private practice offers counselling to individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief & loss, workplace bullying, and eating disorders. My services include assessment of unhelpful behaviours and sourcing the cause of any challenging behaviour and implementing change plans.I completed my Bachelor of Psychological Science at Flinders University South Australia. My Post Graduate Diploma in Family Therapy was gained through the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors. I am currently a PhD Candidate at Flinders University, my field of research is Defence Veterans' mental health (PTSD) and the role of peer support. I also have Diplomas in Counselling and Mental Health. I am a registered professional member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) Level 4. I am also an Accredited Supervisor. I have tutored for several years in Mental Health/Illnesses at Flinders University. My services provide guidance and empathic support.
