I am a Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT practitioner, a clinical superviror and also facilitate CBT and DBT groups. I am a genuine, caring, empathic and consciously connected therapist and passionate about working with individuals around the globe. I am a therapist with a strong value for empowering people and helping individuals experience a greater quality of well-being. I use holistic , mindfulness, and person-centred approach in my sessions. My experience working with people includes PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, general life stress, work related issues, anger issues, grief, emotional regulation, and family matters. I do connect with people who are going through loss and grief as I, myself am a cancer survivor and have lost loved ones in my life. I work with and support people with terminal illnesses. I work with people across all areas of their lives and help them to be the best version of themselves.  I am a registered supervisor with ACA, NDIS provider and a SIRA workers compensation Provider. I have a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, master’s diploma in clinical Hypnotherapy and, I am an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner.
