Welcome to a safe space to contemplate the more challenging issues of life. Within a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and friendly environment, I support individuals in finding healing and moving forward with their lives.
Positive changes are promoted by guiding clients to build on existing strengths, creating empowerment, and developing new skills to manage current difficulties.
With an integrated, client-centered approach, I specialise in areas not limited to anxiety, carer support, depression, personal issues, relationships, self-worth, stress, student support, and a work-life balance.
Throughout my career, community, and volunteer work, I have been passionate about delivering care to children, women, and the elderly empathetically and respectfully.
Need someone to talk to? Feeling stuck, sad, or overwhelmed? Please call or email me for further information or to arrange an appointment.
