R & R Counselling Service recognises that due to work or family commitments, many people are time poor and cannot always get to visit a counsellor between the hours of 9am - 5pm. R & R Counselling Service also offers after hours Counselling Services via phone, face to face and electronically,  these are by appointment only. The service has over twenty five years experience working with various therapies to suit the clients needs.   R & R Counselling Service offers a professional; caring, courteous, and confidential service. My experiences to date have revealed an ability to build a trusting therapeutic relationship and rapport with the clients and people from diverse backgrounds that aids self-management and resolution processes.
