Over 20 years of full-time professional counselling experience working in not-for-profit, education and private practice environments. I hold a PhD in Counselling Psychology and am a Lecturer / Academic in the Master of Counselling program at Monash University.ACA Accredited Counselling Supervisor. Currently a clinical supervisor and accredited supervisor trainer for therapists in Australia. My supervision is now provided online. I currently facilitate individual and organisational supervision.I consult in Therapeutic Space Design for various private practice and therapy-based organisations both in Australia and Overseas.Experienced workshop and conference presenter on numerous counselling topics, especially school counselling practices, emerging counsellor development, kindness education and youth mental health, resiliency and wellbeing, clinical supervision and therapy space design.
