My passion is for people - who we are together, how this informs and influences what we pursue together and, consequently, how we go about it.I have 18 years experience in schools as a teacher and having worked in student welfare and well-being to support young people and their families.I also have a private counselling practice and can provide both Pastoral Supervision and Professional Supervision as member of the ACA College of Supervisors.My practice has a focus on meeting people where they are at with acceptance and compassion, helping them to get unstuck and find hope for change in their circumstances - whether it be in stress and anxiety, grief and loss, personal focus and performance, or in relationships and marriage (or preparing for marriage).I like to operate on the premise that if we don’t know, we can find out; if no-one knows, let’s figure it out - actively working together towards effective solutions.I am based in rural NSW in the Riverina and also offer Zoom/digital sessions where distance or travel are factors in accessing support.Please email me to arrange a discussion about how I might best serve you in your journey to hope for change.
