I am a Registered Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor.I have specialised in various areas including Complex Trauma, Mental Health, Family Therapy, Domestic and Family Violence, Workplace abuse and Crisis management. My beliefs and values are the same in and out of a counselling room. I believe in honesty, integrity and recognise the inherent value of each person regardless of their background, where we live, what we look like, what we think and what we believe. I practice both personally and professionally on the principles of dignity, equality, and mutual respect, which is shared across cultures, religions, and philosophies. We are all different, and we all deserve to have a voice, to be heard, to be respected and to have the ability to make our own choices. I have been privileged to work with people at various stages in their life. I am dedicated to supporting clients no matter where they are in their journey, empowering them to recognise their own strength and help them on a journey of self-discovery and healing. I believe that people matter.
