Lodging a Complaint

All ACA counsellors must adhere to the ACA Code of Ethics. The ACA’s complaints process aims to safeguard the public, registered counsellors, and the reputation of the counselling profession.

Deregistered Counsellors

In such cases where an ACA registered counsellor has been deregistered, their name will appear on the ACA Deregistration list. This process serves to alert the public, enhancing safety measures within the profession.
