I support women who are navigating the impact of betrayal, sexual abuse, religious trauma, and other complex life experiences. Many come to counselling feeling overwhelmed, grieving, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward—longing to feel whole, grounded, and safe again.
Some are recovering from high-control environments, wrestling with deep religious wounds or harmful beliefs. Others are working through people-pleasing patterns, burnout, or longstanding feelings of unworthiness.
My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in narrative and solution-focused therapies. I use storywork to help women make meaning of their experiences, identify inner strengths, and reclaim their voice. When words aren’t enough, I also integrate creative therapies—such as art and journaling—to support emotional expression, processing, and release.
For those who request it, I offer faith-sensitive support that honours each woman’s spiritual journey without pressure or expectation.
I frequently work with women in service-focused roles—such as carers, helping professionals, ministry staff, and volunteers—who give deeply to others but may feel unseen or depleted themselves. I also partner with organisations to provide therapeutic programs for staff and service recipients.
My goal is to provide a compassionate, confidential space where women can process what they’ve been through, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with gentleness, clarity, and self-respect.
