Hi, I’m Ange - counsellor, menopause mental health advocate, and founder of Peri to Post. The women who come to me are often overwhelmed, exhausted, and struggling to recognise themselves. They know something isn’t right - maybe it’s the emotional ups and downs, the sudden rage, the stress that feels impossible to manage - but they don’t know how to move forward.
I know firsthand how overwhelming this transition can be. When I entered perimenopause, I didn’t fully realise what was happening. I pushed through the exhaustion, the brain fog, the emotional highs and lows - until it became impossible to ignore. The sudden mood swings, the frustration, the feeling of losing myself - it was disorienting. I dove deep into learning everything I could about menopause, mental health, and the mind-body connection. What I discovered not only helped me regain my footing but also fuelled my passion for supporting other women through this stage of life.
I help you make sense of these changes, offering practical strategies, emotional support, and a space to breathe. You already have the wisdom and strength within you - my role is to guide you in accessing it. Together, we put a plan in place, alleviate the overwhelm, and take small, meaningful steps toward feeling better.
