With over 13 years of experience in mental health and community services, Anna brings a grounded, compassionate, and person-centred approach to counselling. As the founder of Mindbridge, she understands the importance of creating a space where people feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to explore their story.
Anna works with adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, burnout, and life transitions. Her practice draws from a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and strengths-based approaches, always tailored to the individual.
Counselling sessions are available privately or through NDIS plans that are either plan-managed or self-managed.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone to walk alongside you, Anna offers a safe, non-judgmental space to unpack what’s going on – at your pace, in your way.
