I have been involved in counselling for over 37 years.  During this time, I  have had vast experience with most issues that impact on people's lives and wellbeing. In addition to this encompassing experience, I specialize in providing services for people affected by anxiety, depression, trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.  ASD training and counselling is also within my scope of practice. 

I am a level 4 accredited MACA clinical counsellor. I am also an accredited Principal Master Trainer  of Mental Health First Aid providing this and various other Mental Health training within schools and organizations. I am an experienced Life Coach providing coaching for those who feel 'stuck', are transitioning or seeking leadership development. 

In collaboration with the South Australian Government, I have provided volunteer mental health services within South Australia  to communities that have experienced large scale disasters. Having worked in 16 different nations of the globe I have understanding of a diversity of cultures, and I believe this strengthens my skills in engaging with clients.

I began life  in remote areas of Australia, married a farmer and now reside in a city.  I believe this diversity of life experience adds to my ability to relate to a broad spectrum of people. 

I endeavour to provide a quality of service that will assist clients to journey towards what for them would represent optimum wellbeing.
