Hi, I’m Caoimhe, an ADHD counsellor from Derry. I work with adults to navigate life with ADHD in ways that actually work for them.
Diagnosed at 28, I understand how deeply ADHD can affect every part of life. That’s why I offer a holistic, personalised approach—because no two ADHD experiences are the same. I integrate tools from CBT and IFS, helping you work with your brain, not against it. My focus is on self-compassion, understanding your ADHD, and rebuilding confidence and trust in yourself.
Before counselling, I spent five years teaching and later supported students as a school and university counsellor. I hold a psychology degree and a master’s in counselling, and for over a year, I’ve been running ShameFreeADHD, supporting ADHD adults in Ireland and the UK.
I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood and stuck in self-doubt. I offer a space where you can show up as you are—no masking, no judgment.
