I am a Masters-qualified, ACA Level 2 Registered Counsellor specialising in couples and relationship counselling, as well as working with individuals experiencing relationship difficulties. I provide a supportive, trauma informed, non-judgmental space to help clients navigate love, connection, conflict, separation and heartbreak.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Attachment Theory and Adult Attachment, The Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFTC), Interpersonal Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy, just to name a few. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, helping to foster communication, emotional connection, and self-awareness.

In addition to relationship counselling, I have experience working with Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) and youth, supporting individuals in complex life challenges.

Fees:
Couples Counselling – $150 per session (75 minutes)
Individual Counselling – $100 per session (60 minutes)
