Caroline is a warm and compassionate counsellor who
helps individuals navigate life’s challenges by drawing on their inner
strengths and lived experiences.
She works from a person-centred and holistic approach rooted
in the belief that each person in the expert in their own life. Caroline considers
the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and environment—when supporting growth
and healing. Her sessions are grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration,
creating a safe, non-judgmental space.
Caroline tailors her work to each individual. Caroline uses
various modalities to support her clients including CBT (cognitive
behaviour therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), SFT (solution
focused therapy).
