Hi there,my name is Caro and I have been practising counselling and art therapy for the past 10 years. I have worked in agencies, education institutes and private practice. I have worked extensively with trauma and have a special interest in working with people in the perinatal period, with couples or people with relationship issues and with youth. My practice is in a bush setting and I love working with nature so close by. My core practices are Emotion Focused Therapy and Person Centred Therapy. For me the healing process always takes place in the context of a safe, warm, reliable therapeutic relationship and this is what is always at the forefront of my mind to create and nurture. I absolutely love being a counsellor and feel blessed to have the opportunity to work with people in this way.
